At Katie Keyframes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return your order, we have outlined our return and refund policy below:

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: We do not accept returns on custom-made or personalized items.

2. Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 4-5 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  2. Provide Order Details: In your return request, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Return Authorization: After receiving your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization number and instructions for returning the product.
  4. Shipping the Return: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or damaged. Please use a reliable shipping service to return your item to the address provided by our team.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, provided the returned item meets the return eligibility criteria.

  • Refund Method: Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be processed as cash refunds. The amount will be refunded to you in cash during the COD collection when the returned item is received.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-6 business days from the day we receive the returned item.

Please Note: Refunds will only be provided if the product is returned in its original, unused condition. If the item shows signs of damage or use, a refund will not be issued.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Digital goods or services.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item and issuing a full refund or replacement.
